TICKET: Trauma-Informed Knowledge, Education, and Tools

What is TICKET?

  • TICKET is a user-friendly online system, brought to you by the Center for Pediatric Traumatic Stress (CPTS) to support pediatric healthcare teams that are trying to improve their trauma-informed practice.

  • CPTS promotes trauma-informed pediatric healthcare. We disseminate evidence-based practices and screening tools, train providers to recognize and address traumatic stress in children and families, and support staff wellness.

  • TICKET organizes resources and knowledge to support teams in setting clear goals and metrics for change, and delivers and tracks staff training and assessment.

How does TICKET work?

TICKET helps teams:

  • Match their goals to relevant training or quality improvement activities;
  • Identify specialized resources for target patient populations, and settings, or providers;
  • Link to expert consultation from CPTS when needed;
  • Deliver and track online staff training and assessment to support program evaluation.

Is TICKET for me?

  • Is your pediatric health care team interested in becoming more trauma-informed?  Are you not sure where to start? Do you have some ideas but want help thinking through how to implement them?

  • Do you teach medical or nursing students and trainees? TICKET can help instructors assign activities to their students and can provide tracking and completion records for our library of 1-hour online courses.

Are there costs to use TICKET?

  • At this time, there are no costs associated with TICKET.
